Job summary

Petron Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a licensed Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineer to oversee maintenance and repair activities at our Retail service stations and TREATS convenience stores nationwide.

The role requires coordinating with Retail Area Sales Executive and contractors to develop yearly work programs, supervise installations, and ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks."

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineer with at least 3 years of construction project experience.
• Experience in maintenance coordination and service station construction work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities in Retail service stations and TREATS stores.
• Develop and endorse yearly maintenance programs for equipment, facilities, and signage.
• Monitor implementation of approved maintenance programs.
• Handle installation, replacement, corrective and preventive maintenance in Retail sites and TREATS facilities.
• Oversee preventive maintenance for pumps, underground tanks, and TREATS equipment.
• Prepare work orders, estimates, contracts, SSE allocation forms, CEORs, contractor debit notes.
• Submit inspection reports after field inspections.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings and on-site coordination with Retail Area Sales Executive and contractor.

Job Requirements:

• Must be a Licensed Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in properly, timely implementing and coordinating Maintenance and Repair activities in Retail service stations, and TREATS convenience stores under his area.

• Develops and endorses yearly work programs for Maintenance and Repair of Service Station Equipment, building and facilities, and signage of Retail service stations and TREATS convenience stores in support of Retail Sales, Allied/Non-Fuel Business, and Lube Trade.

• Implements and monitors status of approved programs.

• Implements requests for installation, replacement, corrective and preventive maintenance and upgrading of facilities in Retail service stations (including service facilities, and TREATS convenience stores)

• Monitors proper implementation of the following:

  • Area Preventive Maintenance Contracts for service station dispensing pumps and underground tanks

  • Preventive maintenance of wastewater treatment facilities in identified service stations

  • Preventive maintenance activities for TREATS convenience store equipment and facilities

• Prepares documents - work order and scope of work, company estimates, standard rates computation, contracts, SSE allocation forms, CEORs, contractors bill and debit notes.

• Prepares and submits inspection reports after field inspections.

• Conducts pre-construction meetings, on‑site in coordination and collaboration with the Retail Area Sales Executive and contractor.
