Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings is seeking a responsible professional to evaluate lending center operations and ensure efficiency and compliance with standard policies and procedures. The role includes safeguarding of bank assets and ensuring accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities include reconciling General Ledger and Subsidiary Ledger balances, validating reports for management, approving loans within authority, and enforcing company policies in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Accounting or business-related degree required.
• Experience in banking or accounting functions preferred.
• Familiarity with General Ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
• Strong business writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Tally loan account balances in the General Ledger against the Subsidiary Ledger (BOS) and reconcile any differences.
• Check the accuracy of reports for submission to management.
• Approve loans within your credit authority limit.
• Implement company policies and procedures within the assigned territory and ensure compliance.
• Control and optimize the productive use of the Bank's assets and report irregularities.
