Ideal candidates have a JD with an active IBP Bar and 4–6 years post-bar experience, including 2 years in a Philippine OLP. Strong external-law-firm management and cross-department coordination are essential.

The Opportunity

• Location: Ortigas, Pasig, Metro Manila
• Setup: Full-time
• Compensation: ₱90,000 – ₱125,000 per month + dedicated regulatory compliance allowance

Your Impact

As our Legal Supervisor, you will lead our SEC and AMLC regulatory relationships, build robust compliance systems, and manage high-value external legal projects for our growing online lending platform (OLP).

What We Are Looking For

• Education & Credentials: Juris Doctor (JD) with an active IBP Bar membership.
• Experience: 4–6 years of post-bar experience, with at least 2 years of direct experience in a qualified Philippine OLP institution (Fintech/Lending experience is mandatory).
• Expertise: Hands-on experience with SEC and AMLC liaison, and solid knowledge of RA 9474.
• Skills: Excellent external law firm management and strong cross-departmental coordination.
