Qualifications

• Licensed Philippine lawyer with valid practice status.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, negotiate, and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements with supporting documents.
• Represent company interests in negotiations with partners, suppliers, and clients.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure compliance with policies.
• Perform legal research and related tasks for the Chief Legal Officer/Head of Contracts.
