I. Contract Management & Administration
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle and maintain a secure, organized repository of all agreements and related documents.
- Monitor compliance and support cross‑functional teams with reviews, negotiations, and issue resolution.
II. Document Control & Information Governance
- Manage the EDMS and enforce standardized procedures for organizing, processing, and controlling official documents.
- Ensure strict version control, proper access permissions, and compliant document retention and disposal.
III. Corporate Governance & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare Board and Stockholders’ meeting documents, including Board Resolutions and supporting materials.
- Issue Secretary’s Certificates and other corporate certifications.
- Coordinate and prepare regulatory filings and compliance requirements with SEC, NPC, and BI (including monitoring visas, AEPs, and ACR I‑Cards).
- Maintain statutory corporate records such as Minutes Books and legal documents in an organized, audit‑ready manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Information Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Document Control, Contract Administration, or a compliance-focused role.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of contract language and basic legal concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with legal teams, vendors, and management.
- Willing to be assigned/relocate to Pasay.
