RWS is seeking Legal Annotators to support AI training for contract management platforms, focusing on Chinese (Simplified). This freelance, part-time role offers flexible remote work and a 16.20 USD/hour rate.

You will perform multilingual data-related tasks on international contracts, analyze clauses and terms, and participate in calibrations and quality reviews within secure client environments.

Qualifications

• Contract or legal domain expertise with strong interpretation and review skills.
• Fluency in English and the target language.
• Familiarity with data annotation and ML QA is preferred.

What We’re Looking For:

• Legal Expertise: Contract or legal domain expertise, with strong legal interpretation and contract-review skills (especially regarding international and cross-jurisdictional contracts)
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English alongside the relevant target language
• AI & Data Capabilities (Preferred): Prior data-annotation experience or familiarity with machine learning data evaluation and quality assurance tasks
