The role involves developing IEPs, preparing tailored lesson plans and materials, and monitoring progress while maintaining accurate records. Collaborating closely with families and staff, the facilitator will promote positive behavior and life skills, guiding students toward inclusion and successful transition

Job Description

The Learning Facilitator for Kanlong Foundation for Differently-Abled Children, Inc. is responsible for delivering individualized and inclusive instruction to learners with special needs. The role involves assessing student needs, developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and preparing lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to each learner. The facilitator monitors student progress, manages behavior through appropriate strategies and intervention plans, and maintains accurate documentation and reports. They also collaborate closely with families, staff, and coordinators to support each learner’s development, promote positive behavior and life skills, and prepare students for inclusion and transition to mainstream settings while maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.
