We are looking for a highly motivated Learning and Development (L&D) Associate to join our team at Pointwest. This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about employee growth, training, and building a culture of continuous learning. You will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of learning programs aligned with company goals while living out Pointwest’s core values of Leadership, Excellence, and Innovation, and culture of Agility, Accountability, Innovation, Collaboration, and Customer Centricity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, coordination, and delivery of training and development programs.
• Assist in onboarding new hires through orientation and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate training records and reports in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Facilitate or co-facilitate workshops and learning sessions.
• Collaborate with teams to assess training needs and recommend learning solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend process improvements.
• Stay updated on L&D best practices, tools, and trends.

Success Metrics

• Positive participant feedback and satisfaction ratings for training sessions.
• Completion rates of required and developmental training programs.
• Timely submission of training reports and accurate LMS records.
• Contribution to learning innovations or process improvements.
• Active participation in own learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
