The role focuses on safe unloading, storage, and filling of LPG, with coordination across logistics, maintenance, and safety teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. The Leadman will monitor equipment performance, enforce safety and SOP standards, and manage daily work schedules while ensuring accurate documentation of tank readings and cylinder counts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise terminal and refilling plant activities to ensure safe unloading, storage, and filling of LPG products.
• Coordinate with logistics, maintenance, and safety personnel to align schedules and maintenance plans.
• Monitor equipment performance and operator activities to identify abnormalities and implement corrective measures.
• Enforce adherence to safety policies, quality standards, and environmental regulations during LPG handling.
• Prepare daily work schedules and assign operators to unloading, refilling, and loading tasks.
• Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for timely and accurate operations.
• Validate LPG tank readings and cylinder counts against system records daily.
• Reconcile production output, defective returns, and repairable cylinder transactions.

What is this role about?

The Leadman ensures operational continuity by coordinating with logistics, maintenance, and operationsteams, monitoring equipment performance, and verifying compliance with standard operating procedures(SOPs). He plays a key role in maintaining product integrity, preventing losses, and promoting a culture ofsafety and discipline within the terminal and refilling plant.

What will YOU do?

• Supervise terminal and refilling plant activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant unloading, storage, and filling of LPG products

• Collaborate with logistics, maintenance, and safety personnel to align schedules, maintenance plans, and operational requirements for uninterrupted plant operations

• Observe equipment performance, product flow, and operator activities to identify operational abnormalities and implement prompt corrective measures

• Enforce adherence to company safety policies, quality standards, and environmental regulations during all LPG handling operations

• Prepare daily work schedules and assign operators to specific unloading, refilling, and loading tasks to optimize productivity

• Report and coordinate repair or preventive maintenance of pumps, compressors, and filling equipment to prevent unplanned downtime

• Conduct toolbox meetings, reinforce safety reminders, and ensure consistent implementation of HES protocols

• Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate

• Validate LPG tank readings and cylinder counts against system records daily to ensure accurate documentation

• Reconcile production output, defective returns, and repairable cylinder transactions
