MicroSourcing in Manila (Eastwood, QC) is seeking a seasoned Draftsperson to autonomously lead Revit documentation across project phases in a hybrid, day-shift setup. With 5–10+ years in architectural drafting and deep Revit expertise, you will resolve complex detailing, ensure QA compliance, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years architectural or Revit drafting experience.
• Advanced Revit capability required.
• Understanding of Australian NCC/BCA.
• Experience coordinating consultants and resolving site issues.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Autonomously lead the production of Revit documentation packages across phases.
• Resolve complex technical and detailing issues.
• Ensure drawings meet regulatory and QA requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Independently manage consultant coordination for documentation.
• Lead internal Revit standards and technical processes.
• Oversee construction documentation and site-related coordination.
