Qualifications

• 15+ years in dam/hydropower projects.
• 10+ years in construction supervision.
• Experience as Resident Engineer or similar.
• Experience in contractor management.
• Experience in FIDIC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract administration and claims.
• Implement QA/QC systems and HSE standards.
• Mentor and train junior engineers.
