Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology initiatives within our FSS Technology division. The role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of banking processes, and a solid grasp of technology project lifecycles. The incumbent work closely with cross‑functional teams including engineering, business stakeholders, compliance, and external vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver technology projects in the banking domain (e.g., core banking upgrades, digital platforms, payment systems, regulatory compliance initiatives).
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives and technology strategies.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across technology, operations, risk, and business units.
• Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and external regulatory requirements (e.g., RBI, Basel, GDPR, etc.).
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and third‑party providers as needed.

Nice to Have

• Experience in managing projects involving core banking transformation, regulatory technology (RegTech), data migration, or cloud adoption.
• Familiarity with API integrations, microservices, and digital banking platforms.
• Prior experience in working with global teams or managing offshore/onshore delivery models.

Risk Management

• Must have – Should be able to report risk and the mitigation plan well in time.

Governance

• Must adhere to GCOC.
• Must own and contribute to Test Strategy Document.
