• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the manufacturing company producing liquid blends/ products.
• Strong understanding of production planning and scheduling, as well as quality control and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
• Thorough understanding of relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations
