Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Physical Therapy team.
• Evaluate patients and create appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform physical therapy treatments using proper techniques and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure all treatments follow clinic policies and professional standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate Physical Therapists and PT assistants.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage daily clinic operations.
