Job summary

Motolite is seeking a senior Process Engineering Lead to head the Process Engineering team in Bulacan, Philippines. The role focuses on designing and optimizing lead oxide production processes to meet quality and yield targets.

You will oversee analysis, validation, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, QA, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to drive continuous improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Materials, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in lead oxide or similar powder production processes.
• Strong data analysis and process improvement capabilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of lead oxide production processes.
• Translate production requirements into process parameters.
• Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and technical calculations.
• Lead or support process improvement projects and provide guidance.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain records and prepare reports for audits and management.
