ConnectOS in the Philippines is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to steer development across .NET and Vue.js, with strong T-SQL/C# expertise. You will mentor a growing team, own architecture decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust software.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Lead Full Stack Developer.
• Proven full stack development experience with .NET, Vue.js, T-SQL, and C#.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, MS SQL databases, and cloud services (preferably Azure).
• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring developers in an agile team environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience working in enterprise environments with complex systems and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact between GM and development team, ensuring clear communication of priorities, risks, and progress.
• Translate strategic technology initiatives into actionable plans, roadmaps, and backlog items.
• Provide technical leadership across .NET, Vue.js, T-SQL, and C#, setting coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor and coach team members, supporting their development and fostering continuous learning.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, data, product owners to manage dependencies and remove blockers.
• Identify and communicate delivery risks, escalating to Group Manager – Engineering & Innovation as needed.
• Champion engineering excellence including code quality, testing, observability, performance, and security.
