Gratitudeindia in Taguig invites a Malware Engineer Specialist / Team Lead to join onsite at Uptown BGC. You will analyze and reverse engineer malware, perform static/dynamic analyses, and drive threat intelligence to strengthen defenses.

You will mentor team members, collaborate with SOC/DFIR and Threat Intelligence, develop detection rules and IOCs, and work a shifting schedule to cover alerts. Competitive perks apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Malware Analysis, Engineering, or Reverse Engineering.
• Strong understanding of malware behavior, attack techniques, and threat actor methodologies.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux internals and operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as IDA Pro, Ghidra, x64dbg, OllyDbg, or malware sandbox environments.
• Familiarity with networking, security principles, threat analysis, and incident response.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reverse engineer malware to understand threat behavior and impact.
• Perform static and dynamic malware analysis and develop actionable threat intelligence.
• Support incident response investigations involving malware-related incidents.
• Collaborate with SOC, DFIR, and Threat Intelligence teams to improve detection and response capabilities.
• Develop and maintain detection rules, signatures, and indicators of compromise (IOCs).
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Partner with stakeholders to strengthen cybersecurity defenses and response strategies.
