Job summary

PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Treasury Assistant responsible for the timely distribution of branch cash requirements and monitoring cash levels within the assigned cluster.

You will evaluate funding or cash-out needs, ensure adherence to cash management procedures, and report branch cash positions to the Treasury Analyst; fieldwork and a valid motorcycle license are required.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and prior experience in financial services is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of at least a two-year course.
• Background in Criminology, Law Enforcement, Security, or Protective Services preferred.
• Fresh graduates may apply.

Job description

This position is primarily responsible for the timely distribution of branch cash requirements and monitoring fund levels within the assigned cluster. This role recommends funding or cash-out activities and reports the branches’ cash position to the Treasury Analyst.

Qualifications:

• Former military personnel preferred
• Graduate of at least a two-year course, preferably with a background in Criminology, Law Enforcement, Security, or Protective Services; fresh graduates may apply
• Candidates with at least one (1) to two (2) years of relevant work experience in financial services, retail, or sales are an advantage
• Strong sense of integrity, discipline, and responsibility
• Knowledgeable in cash management procedures and security protocols
• With a valid driver’s license and own motorcycle
• Willing to conduct fieldwork
• Amenable to work in Eastern Samar
