Job summary

Aurecon is recruiting for a senior Land Infrastructure engineer to join the GDC team supporting Queensland projects. You will lead the design process for precincts, infrastructure planning, and major transport projects, while applying your technical knowledge to deliver sustainable outcomes.

You will mentor teams, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and drive developments from concept to tender readiness, ensuring quality and financial success across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• At least 10 years' design experience across roads, earthworks, drainage and utilities.
• Proficient in design software such as 12D and Civil 3D.
• Strong client liaison and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design for precinct developments and major metropolitan projects.
• Lead the conversion of analyses and preliminary designs into developed designs for tender and construction.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through analyses and reports.
• Apply project management and people leadership to achieve positive client outcomes.
