Job summary

TDCX, Inc. is seeking a Workspace Lead for Iloilo to develop design concepts, oversee site build-outs, and manage interior design deliverables. The role requires close collaboration with project teams to ensure compliance and quality across facilities.

Qualified candidates will have engineering-related education and at least 2 years in related fields, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite to produce precise plans and presentations. A proactive, communicative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• 2 years of related experience preferred for this position.
• Ability to coordinate building services with space planning needs.

Responsibilities

• Develops design concepts aligned with the company vision and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees site buildouts/fit-out work including installations, furniture, finishes, punch lists, and close-out.
• Reviews FF&E design and submittals, shop drawings, and mock-ups with feedback and approvals.
• Reviews design submissions to ensure standards, and proposes materials and value-engineering options.
• Maintains accurate space/floor plans and keeps all office plans up to date (as-built).
• Assists with vendor searches and bid/RFP processes.
• Other duties as assigned to support Quality Management System.
