LMF Capital Inc. is seeking a Senior Stylist in Dumaguete to provide advanced hair services and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. You will mentor junior stylists, promote salon services, and stay updated on trends while maintaining impeccable hygiene and safety standards.

This full-time role requires flexibility for weekends and holidays, managing appointments, and promoting retail products to clients as part of daily salon operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification in hairstyling is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, preferably 1 year in salon services.
• Strong skills in cutting, coloring, styling and hair treatments.
• Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques and products.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor junior stylists and work collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Knowledge of sanitation, hygiene and salon safety practices.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced hair services such as precision cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care products.
