Profile Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in lead generation, social media outreach, or appointment setting; industry experience in online coaching, fitness, or marketing preferred.
  • Setter Mindset & People Skills: Emotionally intelligent, personable, and coachable; comfortable representing the brand voice in a women‑centric community and booking appointments for a closer without needing to “hard sell.”
  • Platforms & Tools: Working knowledge of GoHighLevel and funnels (navigation and basic features), Asana, Slack, Google Drive, and Ads Manager; proficient with Chrome‑based workflows and Howdy for DM outreach.
  • Video Editing Skills (Preferred): Competency with basic editing tools such as CapCut for creating short‑form video content, reels, and teasers.
  • Social Media Engagement & Outreach Knowledge: Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook), posting best practices, and engagement strategies.
  • Organization & SOP Discipline: High attention to detail across on/offboarding, metrics logging, etc; proactive about flagging issues and assigning Asana tasks with clear owners and due dates.
  • Communication & Reliability: Professional written and verbal communication skills, ability to act as the brand voice in Slack, and consistent reliability in meeting deadlines and handling repetitive daily tasks.
Core responsibilities
  • Appointment Setting & Lead Gen Focus: Drive daily outbound engagement to book 2‑3 qualified sales calls per day; execute DM outreach using Howdy on Chrome, label purple Leads, and create Asana tabs for near‑booking prospects; warm up targets through friendly, knowledgeable conversation that moves them to the closer.
  • Social Media DM Outreach & Engagement: Post daily content and engage across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook; respond to comments on current and last posts, run story interactions (polls, votes), and log number of accounts engaged; follow the Post + Engage SOP, Marketing Board, and Marketing Templates.
  • GHL Support & Booking Calendar: Navigate GoHighLevel and core site pages (home, training, book, congrats), QA links, flag issues via Asana, and maintain booking availability at 10‑15 slots with no more than 8 days visible; assist with simple funnel navigation/setup as needed.
  • Content & Marketing Admin Support: Assist with batching and scheduling weekly content such as episode videos, reels, teaser clips, B‑roll, client win reels, stories, and welcome/birthday graphics; coordinate with the team to meet weekly deadlines.
  • Client Lifecycle Admin: Support client onboarding and offboarding processes following SOPs, including contracts, Slack setup, surveys, welcome materials, course access, private channels, graduation prep, and fulfillment templates.
  • Operational Admin & Personal Support: Maintain the Metrics Sheet from Ads Manager and engagement blocks; keep Asana, Slack, and spreadsheets current per SOPs; assist a few hours weekly with simple personal tasks (e.g., travel booking or similar) when assigned.
