Job summary

QBE GROUP SHARED SERVICES LIMITED - PHILIPPINE BRANCH is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee a focused Finance Division, ensuring performance and compliance with divisional guidelines.

You will lead accounting compliance, engage external stakeholders to influence reporting, and contribute to Group finance objectives, with responsibilities spanning strategic planning, stakeholder relationships, and service delivery across regions.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Experience in financial reporting and consolidation preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of finance operations for timely consolidation.
• Analyse financial data and prepare reports for senior management.
• Assess and improve divisional finance processes and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support regulatory change and reporting.
