Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental, Chemical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least five years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican EHS regulations and NOMs.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Availability to work on-site in Acuña, Coahuila.
• Ability to support a multi-shift manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily execution of Environmental, Health and Safety programs.
• Support compliance with Mexican legislation, NOMs and internal standards.
• Follow up on incidents, investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate risk assessments, JSAs, work permits, inspections and audits.
• Support ergonomic, occupational health and risk-prevention initiatives.
• Coordinate EHS training and safety culture activities across shifts.
• Participate in management-of-change activities and projects.
• Support emergency response plans, drills and brigade readiness.
• Analyze EHS data and trends to identify preventive actions.
