The role focuses on Azure and Databricks, with emphasis on data platform roadmaps, governance, and reliable production operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Data Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Azure & Databricks.
• Experience with Python, ETL, SQL, and Data Architecture.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Cloudera or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Kafka/RabbitMQ, APIs, CI/CD, and Data Governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex and high-impact data engineering initiatives
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Data Engineers
• Drive solutions using Azure, Databricks, Python, ETL, and SQL
• Partner with Architects and business stakeholders on solution design and data platform roadmap
• Champion engineering best practices across CI/CD, monitoring, governance, and platform reliability
