We are seeking a high-caliber Lead D365 F&O Functional Consultant / Solution Architect with a hybrid background in Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM). In this role, you will lead the design and evolution of our packaged and SaaS solutions, providing strong technical and functional leadership across platform configurations, integrations, and environment releases. You will establish and enforce platform standards to ensure optimal stability, performance, and alignment with both business goals and vendor constraints.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and industry best practices, with deep expertise in D365 ecosystem integrations (specifically Dual Write) and a comprehensive mastery of core Procurement processes.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design, evolution, and architecture of D365 F&O packaged/SaaS solutions.
• Requirements Architecture: Analyze complex business workflows and translate them into successful, scalable business processes and configurations based on industry best practices.
• Integration Governance: Design and oversee complex integration solutions across the D365 ecosystem, with a heavy emphasis on Dual Write architecture, data synchronization, and data integrity.
• Platform Standards: Establish, maintain, and enforce platform standards to guarantee system stability, performance optimization, and compliance with vendor frameworks.
• Configuration & Release Management: Provide cross-functional leadership across system configurations, environment management, data migration, and deployment/release cycles.

Qualifications:

Non-Negotiable (Core Focus)

• Procurement Expertise: Deep, hands-on working knowledge of core procurement processes in D365 F&O. You must have proven experience configuring and managing:
• Purchase Requisitions
• Purchase Orders
• Vendor Invoice Matching (Three-way matching)
• Sub-Capability Alignment: Experience delivering solutions specifically tailored for Consumables and Outsourcing workflows.
• D365 Ecosystem Integrations: Advanced, proven experience implementing and troubleshooting Dual Write frameworks.
• Technical Leadership: Ability to orchestrate configurations, manage code/package releases, and guide integration strategies across hybrid cloud environments.
• Platform Health: Proven track record of monitoring and optimization to manage performance under vendor and business constraints.

Functional Experience

• Hybrid Profile: Strong functional mastery of Dynamics 365 Finance combined with core SCM (Supply Chain Management) capabilities.
• Full Lifecycle Implementation: End-to-end experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions from discovery through to go-live.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to translate technical dependencies into business outcomes for cross-functional teams.
