Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a D365 Finance & Operations and POS Functional Business Analyst Lead based in Metro Manila, Philippines. This role supports the D365 operations, focusing on business improvements and process digitalization across regions.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience with D365 and POS systems, excellent communication skills, and a background in online, retail, or finance sectors. Key responsibilities include supporting application configurations, conducting testing, and training teams.

Qualifications

• At least 15+ years of experience in Dynamics AX, D365 including POS.
• 7+ years working experience in Online, Retail, Finance or Supply Chain.
• Fluency in English (speaking, writing) required.

Responsibilities

• Support D365 FO and POS application and overcome challenges.
• Configuration of D365 FO and POS solutions and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Implement and roll-out D365 FO and POS for various brands.
