Job summary

Black & Veatch Family of Companies is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site execution for a major project in the Metro Manila area. You will direct construction staff, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with the Owner and Contractor to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires an Electrical Engineering background with solar/PV project experience, plus experience as an Owner’s Engineer or Representative.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in construction management on similar projects.
Experience coordinating multi-discipline EPC construction and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

Directs overall construction effort including coordination of erection activities, suppliers, direct hire craft labor, subcontractors, startup and testing activities, and the owner.
Manages project controls, budgets, and schedules to meet targets.
Directs implementation of Construction Processes and Procedures Manual (CPPM) and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Leads site management team and mentors site staff to promote teamwork and morale.
Coordinates change orders and ensures proper closeout and documentation.
