Job summary

Trans-Phil Real Estate Development Corporation in Mandaluyong is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer for a project-based role, to oversee residential construction sites and lead on-site teams. Qualifications

Licensed Civil Engineer with professional licensure.
Preferably with experience and knowledge in residential construction as project-in-charge.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise manpower, subcontractors, specialty suppliers, direct labors, and execute overall site supervision.
Monitor day to day activities in the construction site with the highest possible quality.
Ensure that the project is completed timely and is implemented within budget.
Maintain site cleanliness & orderliness.
Implement & ensure safe site working conditions.
Prepare reports and process weekly subcontractor billings.
Thoroughly review all construction plans and specifications.
Ensure that all Punch lists are rectified prior to turnover.
