Job summary

Electrical Equipment & System Integration, Inc. (EESI) in the Philippines is seeking an experienced BIM Technician to deliver high-quality Revit models for tunnel ventilation and fire protection, coordinating with Australian project teams and BIM Manager.

You will produce AutoCAD MEP drawings, plant layouts, and coordinated service drawings, while ensuring compliance with QA processes and company standards. The role requires 5+ years in MEP Revit modelling and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• 5+ years' experience in MEP Revit modelling for tunnel/transport projects.
• Experience with tunnel infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work independently on large projects.
• Proficient in 3D Revit and Navisworks; adherence to BIM standards.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Produce BIM Models for tunnel ventilation and fire protection using Revit.
• Produce AutoCAD MEP design drawings.
• Prepare plant room layouts, sections, and coordinated services drawings.
• Agree on drawing priorities and deadlines with Project Engineer/BIM Manager.
• Coordinate engineering services across projects.
• Develop general arrangement drawings from sketches and inputs.
• Follow QA procedures and project CAD/BIM standards.
• Share knowledge with teammates.
• Assist senior BIM Technicians and Coordinators when needed.
