Job summary

Genpact is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join the AI & Analytics team at Centris, QC. You will lead end-to-end development and deployment of advanced analytics and ML models for global clients, working closely with product managers and engineering to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.

The role requires strong expertise in Python, SQL, ML, and data visualization, with a proven track record in production deployments and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in data science, ML, or advanced analytics in an enterprise/consulting setting.
• Proven track record delivering production-ready data science projects.
• Strong programming in Python and SQL for data extraction and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and deployment of ML models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems and translate into data science solutions.
• Design, validate, and deploy predictive, prescriptive, and descriptive models.
• Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Guide governance, model monitoring, and ethical AI practices.
