Job summary

Phoenix Publishing House, Inc. is seeking a publishing designer in the Philippines to implement text and layout corrections according to house standards. You will scan, clean, enhance, and set color overlays on illustrations and lay out materials using appropriate desktop publishing software.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia and proficiency with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with prepress/post-press production experience considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or related publishing field.
• Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with prepress or post-press production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement text and layout corrections following house standards.
