Pear Tree. is seeking a Large Format Graphic Designer to turn logos, photos and rough briefs into production-ready files for signage and vehicle wraps. You will work with print-ready workflows, ensuring correct scale, bleed and tiling for walls and vehicles.

Strong emphasis on accuracy, communication, and meeting daily outputs. Bonus: managing social media for the brands while keeping design at the core of the role.

Qualifications

• Print shop experience with large-format production knowledge.
• Excellent written and spoken English for briefs and communication.
• Portfolio showing signage and vehicle wrap work.
• Ability to read briefs, ask questions, and confirm details.
• Stable work history and references available.

Responsibilities

• Set up print-ready artwork for large-format signage and vehicle wraps from supplied logos and briefs.
• Layout designs with correct scale, bleed, and tiling for large-format output.
• Template vehicle wraps with seams, gaps, curves, and edges.
• Check files before print for colour, resolution, fonts, and cut lines.
• Read briefs carefully, ask questions, and provide daily Trello updates.
• Bonus: create and schedule social media posts highlighting finished work.
