Job summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a LangChain Developer to build LLM-powered applications. You will design chains, agents, retrieval pipelines, and integrations to deliver intelligent product features using LangChain.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in software development with hands-on LangChain experience, strong Python skills, and familiarity with LLM APIs and vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate. Prior NLP or conversational AI exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software development with LangChain experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source).
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).
• Understanding of prompt engineering and RAG architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and build applications using the LangChain framework (or LangGraph).
• Develop chains, agents, and tool integrations for LLM-powered workflows.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases.
• Test and optimize prompt chains for accuracy and performance.
• Integrate LangChain applications with back-end systems and APIs.
• Stay current with updates to the LangChain ecosystem.
