Job summary

OCS Philippines is seeking a Landscape Supervisor to design and maintain grounds around the project site in Metro Manila. You will guide a team of gardeners and ensure safety and timely completion of tasks.

The role requires a minimum 2-3 years in landscaping, preferably supervisory, with knowledge of plant care and landscape maintenance. A horticulture degree is preferred; pesticide certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in horticulture, landscape design, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field; supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of landscaping techniques, plant care, and maintenance practices; familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Certification in pesticide application or other relevant certifications is a plus.
