GHD is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join our Architecture & Design group. The role covers concept to detailed landscape design, BIM delivery, and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams on projects in the UAE region, with potential work from Makati, Quezon City, or Cebu City.

You will lead design development and mentor junior staff while ensuring code compliance and quality outcomes. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience and proficiency in AutoCAD,

• Middle East design and construction practices knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines and integrate technical inputs.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D visualization tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide landscape design solutions from concept to detailed design.
• Lead design documentation and coordinate with Lead Designer.
• Manage landscape projects independently and coordinate BIM delivery.
• Supervise daily activities of the design team and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with Architects and Engineers across disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and standards.
• Produce project design reports and detailing for delivery.
• Collaborate across service lines and mentor junior staff.

We have a great opportunity for Landscape Architect to join our Architecture & Design group.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide landscape design solutions from concept to detailed design.
• Perform all phases of the design process including concept, schematic and detailed design documentation. Lead the design documentation in coordination with Lead Designer.
• Manage, deliver and coordinate landscape design projects independently.
• Lead technical BIM delivery, coordinating a team on more complex design options.
• Supervise and undertake the daily activities of a project with the design team including allocating and checking work and providing feedback on performance.
• Coordinate with Architects and Engineers for resolution of related issues with the lead designer. Coordinate across all disciplines.
• Understand all applicable local codes and standards requirements.
• Lead the production of project design reports and detailing and also involve in the delivery.
• Work in close collaboration with colleagues across service lines.
• Supervise, support and train less experienced members of the team.

What you will bring to the team:

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Understands all applicable UAE authorities’ requirements and coordinates with various discipline’s technical inputs into a project.
• Middle East experience and working knowledge of design and construction practices specific to this region.
• Sound knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Sketch-up (or similar 3D programs), Lumion, Enscape, In-Design, Illustrator, Excel, and other MS Office programs
• Able to use Revit tools and elements in LA documentation (from concept to IFC) and Revit scheduling. Able to create Revit family - parametric
• Experience with the softscape, grading, hardscape and specifications
• Applies broad knowledge of a professional discipline or advanced knowledge of technical practices demonstrated in a relevant industry or consulting business.
• Available to work from 12:00 NN to 9:00 PM

This job offer can be based either in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu City, depending on your home base/location.
