Job summary

TVI Resource Development (Phils.) Inc. seeks a Land Acquisition Officer in Camarines Norte to drive land acquisition activities, verify ownership records, and prepare documentation.

You will negotiate rights-of-way, coordinate with DENR, MGB, NCIP, Registry of Deeds, LGUs, and landowners, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining stakeholder relations.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and prior mining experience with land tenure matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Legal Management, Geodetic Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• Preferably experienced in land acquisition, property documentation, right-of-way negotiations, access agreements, stakeholder engagement, and land tenure concerns within mining, infrastructure, or project-based operations.
• Strong knowledge of land titles, cadastral and survey records, property valuation, land ownership verification, easement and right-of-way processes, and government regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating with landowners, Local Government Units (LGUs), government agencies, and community stakeholders is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation, documentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple land-related transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Experience in mining projects and familiarity with processes involving DENR, MGB, NCIP, Registry of Deeds, and LGUs is a distinct advantage.
• Willing to work in Labo, Camarines Norte, Philippines
