Responsibilities

• Mix and Pour Cement: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading cement, mortar, or concrete in construction sites, including for foundations, walls, floors, and other structural elements.
• Preparation of Work Areas: Clean and prepare work areas by removing debris and ensuring the surface is ready for cement application.
• Concrete Forming: Help set up forms, molds, and scaffolding to shape concrete or cement for pouring.
• Transport Materials: Carry cement, sand, and other materials to work sites or areas of need.
• Labor Assistance: Support other workers in tasks such as lifting, digging, and other preparatory work on construction sites.
• Equipment Handling: Safely operate basic construction equipment, including mixers, trowels, and shovels.
• Clean Up: Clean tools and equipment after use, ensuring all materials are properly disposed of and work areas are kept tidy.
• Adhere to Safety Regulations: Follow company and industry safety procedures to minimize the risk of accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in Structural Finishing: Help in finishing concrete surfaces by smoothing and leveling, or applying finishing touches to achieve desired textures.
