• Perform a variety of tasks to support daily store operations, including stocking shelves, receiving and processing merchandise, organizing inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Provide basic customer service: Assist customers with locating products, answer basic questions, and provide a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Adhere to safety guidelines: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including proper lifting techniques, use of safety equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various physical positions.
• Basic hand and power tool skills: Familiarity with the use of basic hand tools (e.g., dollies, hand trucks) and potentially some power tools (e.g., pallet jacks).
