Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a Laboratory Technician/Assistant for a radiopharmacy environment. You will receive client orders, log them, prepare labels and shipping documents, and dispense radiopharmaceuticals under strict QC protocols.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related medical field and two years of clinical laboratory experience, or strong fresh graduates. Willingness to work shifts and in E. Rodriguez, Cubao location is needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive orders from clients via phone, SMS, email, or other messaging.
• Log orders accurately on designated Order Forms.
• Prepare correct labels and documents for delivery (packing list, transport certificate, PAL forms).
• Sterilize vials and dispensing tools.
• Perform Daily Constancy on Dose Calibrator.
• Dispense radiopharmaceuticals (Tc99m/TI-201 / I-131).
• Pack radiopharmaceuticals for delivery and perform quality control.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean, safe area.
• Assist in inventory and management of radioactive waste.
• Report untoward incidents to supervisor/manager.
• Endorse unfinished tasks and ensure completion.

• Training and Experience : Two (2) years of experience as a laboratory Technician/ Assistant in clinical laboratory

• Candidate must be willing to work at E.Rodriguez, Cubao, Quezon City

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive orders of clients thru phone call, SMS message, facsimile message, and/ or email.
• Accurately log orders on designated Order Forms.
• Prepare correct sticker labels and other documents for delivery and shipment (such as packing list, transport certificate, and PAL forms)
• Sterilize vials and dispensing tools.
• Perform Daily Constancy on Dose Calibrator.
• Dispense radiopharmaceuticals (Tc99m/TI-201 / I-131)
• Pack radiopharmaceuticals for delivery
• Perform strict Quality Control on radiopharmaceuticals
• Proper waste disposal and clean-up of assigned area
• Assist in the inventory of supplies, etc.
• Assist in the management of radioactive waste
• Immediately reports any untoward incident to supervisor/ manager
• Endorsement of unfinished tasks
• Accurately accomplish assigned tasks.
• Maintain laboratory in clean and orderly condition;
• Perform other task as may be assigned from time to time.
