Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Technician with 2 years of experience to join our Carmona, Cavite team. The role focuses on lab work, stability testing, and supporting training for sales personnel and clients.

You will report to the Application Executive and help manage formulations, inventory, and cleanliness of the laboratory, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any course.
• At least 2–3 years of work experience.
• Experience in laboratory work.
• Preferably male.

Responsibilities

• Directly report to the Application Executive.
• Compound formulations provided by the superior.
• Conduct stability tests.
• Assist in technical training for all sales personnel, including laboratory and product training.
• Assist in technical/basic training for clients, including presentations and laboratory training.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the laboratory.
• Monitor raw material inventory for prototypes.
• Monitor packaging material inventory for prototypes.
