Job summary

Metalink Manufacturing Corporation in Quezon City is seeking a Laboratory Technician for a full-time, on-site role. You will conduct research and development on paint formulations for steel products, ensure raw material quality, perform material testing, and investigate customer product complaints.

You will maintain detailed records of test results and complaints and contribute to product innovation and continuous improvement in processes and formulations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in paint formulation, material testing, and R&D
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in a paint/steel company is required
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards is a strong advantage
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks
• Strong investigative skills for addressing customer product complaints
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
