ContactLink Solutions LLC is seeking a Korean-English interpreter for a fully remote role. You will join our international team to provide accurate interpretation across healthcare and other sectors, ensuring culturally aware communication.

The position is a full-time contractor with immediate onboarding and monthly payments. You will be expected to maintain high accuracy, handle calls professionally, and adhere to interpreter protocols.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Korean.
• Minimum 6 months interpretation experience preferred.
• Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Render correct concepts per interpretation protocol, avoiding omissions or additions.
• Ability to explain cultural concepts to prevent miscommunication when needed.

Responsabilités

• Answer calls professionally, following the interpreter's code of conduct.
• Be aware of specific vocabulary of the healthcare/medical industry.
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to team leader.
• Location-based background checks and language testing may be required.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Korean

Technical Requirements:

• 90% English proficiency
• Steady wired internet connection
• USB wired headset
• Windows 10 or Mac
