Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting the chefs and cooks with food preparation tasks such as washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment by regularly cleaning and sanitising work surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
• Restocking kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Ensuring the proper storage and rotation of food items to maintain freshness and quality.
• Helping with the plating and presentation of dishes.
• Following all food safety and hygiene protocols to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Providing support to the kitchen team as needed to ensure efficient and timely service.
