Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble food according to recipes and guidelines.
• Perform prep tasks like cutting, marinating, and organizing ingredients.
• Ensure quality, taste, temperature, freshness, and consistency before serving.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen areas and equipment.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and storage procedures including FIFO/FEFO.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or expiring items.
• Assist receiving and proper storage of deliveries.
• Minimize waste and follow portion-control and cost-control rules.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and report hazards.
• Coordinate with Front of House to ensure timely orders.
• Complete opening, closing, and kitchen checklists.
• Comply with policies and duties from Supervisor or Manager.
