Mary Grace Cafe in Metro Manila is seeking a cashier to join our team and deliver heartfelt service in a bustling café environment. You will assist customers, process payments, and ensure accurate pricing at the point of sale.

The role requires in-person work at Vertis, a six-day schedule, and collaboration with team members to maintain a welcoming dining area. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• High School graduate required.
• Work experience as a cashier preferred.
• Customer satisfaction-oriented.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems.
• Good arithmetic skills.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite.
• Able to lift and handle heavy objects safely.

Responsabilidades

• Manages transactions using POS and cash registers.
• Scans goods and ensures pricing is accurate.
• Collects payment whether in cash or credit.
• Issues receipts, refunds, changes, or tickets.
• Resolves customer complaints, guides them, and provides information.
• Maintains clean and tidy checkout areas.
• Tracks transactions on balance sheets and reports discrepancies.
• Handles merchandise returns and exchanges.
• Knowledgeable on basic reports and inventory.
• Organizes and carries product loads during stocking, preparing displays, and maintaining inventory.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Manages transactions using POS and cash registers

• Performs other tasks as may be assigned by their immediate supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least a High School graduate
• Work experience as a cashier
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Familiarity with cash register and POS
• Good arithmetic skills
• Familiarity with MS Office applications/Google Suite
• Capable of safely lifting and handling heavy objects
