Job summary

SKG is seeking a dynamic Kiosk Sales Specialist to manage daily kiosk operations and drive sales at SM Fairview. The role emphasizes customer engagement, product demonstrations, and maintaining an appealing mall presence.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, presentable, and capable of meeting sales targets. Prior retail experience and comfort with gadgets or consumer electronics are a plus. Mall hours, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Presentable, well-groomed, confident, and approachable.
• Strong communication, selling, and customer engagement skills.
• Energetic and comfortable approaching customers and conducting product demonstrations.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in gadgets, beauty, wellness, appliances, or consumer electronics is an advantage.
• Responsible, trustworthy, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of POS, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Willing to be assigned at SM Fairview.
• Willing to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers and promote SKG products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle POS and cash transactions accurately.
• Manage daily kiosk opening and closing.
• Maintain product displays and overall kiosk appearance.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Submit daily sales and inventory reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent SKG's premium brand image.
