Job summary

Aeon Fantasy Group Philippines Inc. in Candelaria is seeking Store Staff Manager on Duty to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with store operations, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

You will greet customers, support play area activities, manage events, maintain cleanliness and safety, and handle cash and transactions with integrity while contributing to store targets and promotions. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to supervise teams

Qualifications

• Having at least 1 year of work experience in the same or related industry is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications in operations management, safety, or customer service (e.g., Red Cross First Aid, Safety Training etc.)

Responsibilities

• PATROLLING - PLAY with kids at all time. Keep an eye on the customer's safety and security. Ensure that all toys are placed properly. Pay attention to the customer's needs.
• ENTRANCE / EXIT PERSONNEL - Verify the total number of children and adult versus the receipt. Ensure that the entrance and exit door is always closed. Before letting the children and the guardian go, count them versus the EXIT stub and waiver.
• Customer Service – greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner, handle customer complaints politely or direct them to the manager on duty.
• Sales Support – promote and upsell while cashiering, help meet store target, and inform customers about ongoing promotions.
• Cash Handling – operate the cash register and process transactions, handle cash and card payments, balance the cash and POS transaction from the beginning till the end of the shift (if cashier).
• Wear the Lala Chan costume properly and participate the store event.
• Must follow the MHM regularly and timely manner.
• Store Maintenance – Keep the store floor, environment, play equipment and toys clean, tidy, sanitized and organized, ensure play equipment and toys are visually appealing, help set up product displays and signage.
• Security and Compliance – follow store policies and procedure (checklist) of the company, watch for theft or suspicious activity and report it, comply with safety and store regulations.
