Job summary

Gokongwei Brothers Foundation seeks a proactive Content and Learning Design Officer to lead end-to-end development of instructional materials for the Class Builder program, ensuring alignment with DepEd standards, the ARAL Program, and evidence-based assessment tools.

You will coordinate content developers, editors, and designers, implement efficient workflows, and monitor progress while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality resources for Philippine public

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in K–12 content development or educational program operations.
• Familiarity with Philippine K–12 curriculum and ARAL Program.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, creation, and QA of lesson plans, slides, worksheets, and reading materials.
• Coordinate content developers, writers, and designers to ensure timely outputs.
• Implement efficient workflows and monitor project progress.
• Conduct quality checks and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Support team development and collaboration.
• Align content and assessments with ARAL Program objectives and national standards.
