Job summary

Lamsan Inc. in Sultan Kudarat is seeking a hands-on helper to join the fabrication team at the Lamsan Industrial Complex. You will assist with fabrication, assembly, repair, and installation of vehicle bodies and structural components, supporting welding, equipment operation, and tool maintenance in daily shop operations.

You will read and follow technical drawings, use basic fabrication tools, and work as part of a mechanics/body builders team to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate or completion of a vocational/technical course in automotive, welding, or a related field.
• Prior experience in automotive body building, fabrication, or metal works is an advantage but not required.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle body repair, welding support, and metal fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions.
• Skilled in using basic fabrication tools such as grinders, cutters, and drills.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual and workshop-based tasks.
• Willing to work in a team and support mechanics and body builders.
• Work Location: Lamsan Industrial Complex, Crossing Simuay Sultan Kudarat
